Unhappy and broke
I have been using these products for over 2 years with no results. What you could do is honor your money back guarantee and refund me the hundreds of dollars that I have wasted.una
Musely has room for improvement based on customer feedback. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.

Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

My honest review. I have Melasma on my cheeks, upper lip and forehead. The reviews on this product were amazing and I have tried so many other products before with no results. I bought this product with high expectations. Thinking this would work and unfortunately it made my melasma darker. Also, it made my finger Nails brown for some weird reason. Very disappointed.
Worst customer service ever. Literally been weeks of trying to find out why both my RX smell like onions. Rather than simply answer Faye has been defending via email that they never received my emails. They want you to use app and check in with a bot RN but can’t answer a simple question. I’ll be canceling my subscription as soon as possible!
I cannot reach anyone in customer service. I tried to change my refill date, and I kept getting sent in a loop to an automated chat bot. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If i could have given them a negative star I would have!
I initially started using the original Muesly spot cream with hydroquinone and had great results. It truly lightened my dark spots and improved my skin tone. However, as expected with hydroquinone, my doctor recommended taking a break — and that’s when they switched me to the M+ formula. This new formula was a complete disaster. The cream is an unusual, thick brown color — not at all like any other skin-lightening product I’ve used. It’s messy, sticky, and extremely unpleasant to apply. Worse than that, it actually made my skin darker, especially in the areas I was trying to treat. It completely reversed the progress I had made with the original formula. The product claims to contain kojic acid, but I’ve used kojic acid in the past and none of them looked or behaved like this. This formula had no brightening effect whatsoever — only negative results. To make matters worse, Muesli advertises a money-back guarantee, but when I reached out to express my concerns, they refused to issue a refund. Their customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero accountability. For a product that performed this poorly, it’s unacceptable that they hide behind fine print while advertising a “guarantee.” This feels like false advertising, plain and simple. The switch from hydroquinone to M+ may be protocol, but M+ is not a legitimate substitute — and Muesly should not be promoting it as such. I highly do not recommend this product or this company. Proceed with caution.
I was able to avoid the waiting room at the dermatologist with a raging flare of rosacea. Having horrible acne-like lesions on your face in your 50's is seriously debilitating. My confidence, my ability to look people in the eye, was destroyed by my appearance. I sent photos to Musely and was prescribed a combination of topical treatments that have left my skin clear. It's been about 8 months and when I have a flare - which is exacerbated by seasonal allergies - it doesn't spread all over my face. I don't have anxiety about that anymore. A small flare is immediately cleared up. I don't have to worry about where it's going to spread to and how bad will it get and what scars will it leave. I think maybe being honest and transparent is the way to get the treatment that's right for you. To be fair, I haven't had to deal with customer service. I hope they fix that.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once they've lured you in with the whole Doctor thing, your access to them eventually expires. Odd considering they're supposedly your doctor. Past that, good luck getting any reply back from customer service. Right product lines, too much running you around after without much help.
This is just a hyped up company that falsely guarantee results. I've been using the spot/private cream since february. I was giving it a chance so I didn't do the 60day moneyback, but with no result, I reached out to CS, stating that I know I am way passed the 60days money back, I have pictures since february, but there isn't any changes. You can keep my money, but I will keep this review.
The products are good. Some of them are really good. Pricing is beyond deceitful and it's also useless- as discussed below, you can't even control frequency. It will say a product costs "$x" per month but that isn't the case- it's divided by how many months they suggest it lasts. You'll also feel deceived by the costs of the "patient visits". Fine, I get that they are compounded formulas blah blah but if you canceled a treatment for one month, you have to pay it over and over. The product ends up costing like 3x what you think. Theyre always running 30% off promotions, like alllllways, so wait for that. But it'd be nice if they could just get their demand curve figured out and set pricing once and for all. Which brings me to my next point. You will have little control over how often you get your product. Sometimes you just keep paying and the product is sent too often. More frustratingly, like with the hair loss, it's not sent nearly often enough. And there is little-to-nothing you can do in the app. Which brings me to my next point. The app is awful and customer service is non existent. If you ever once got a treatment, canceled it, then want a new one, the app almost won't even let you do it. The chat bot is useless and you cannot talk to anyone at all. Again I do like the products. They somehow take like 3 weeks to ship though. Dont order if youre hoping for a product before a vacation in a month...Maybe someone can buy this company and run it normally. Or maybe a competitor can just produce the formulations with non-deceitful pricing and a user-friendly app.
The option to close account cannot be found on the site. This is highly immoral and suspicious. Musely deducted $158 from my account after several unsuccessful attempts due to NSF. I have had NO INCOME FOR 6 MONTHS!!! I BET IT DOESN'T TAKE A GENIUS TO REALIZE THAT SKINCARE WAS NOT A PRIORITY AT THAT POINT!!! Because I was DESPERATE to make some money, I sold my previously used mobile phone. All funds were to be used for food and shelter; NOT SKINCARE!
