I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening

I don’t usually leave comment but I tired this treatment and I emailed them that I had a bad allergic reaction to the treatment within a week after it arrived their customer reached back out and told me I couldn’t get a refund . It was $200+ worth . It was totally a scam .

The good, the bad, and the ugly
The good: The products do work well. The bad: There is a concerted effort to sell more products than needed so you end up being auto- refilled for multiple prescriptions, which is pricey and not necessary. The ugly: When you do have an issue, it is easy to ask a question thru their site, but slow (days) to get a response. In my case they processed refills that I did not want and, by the time they read my requests to cancel, said sorry its too late. So. Proceed carefully.

Would give zero stars if I could In a nutshell: misdiagnosis. I sent photos to the company and was prescribed the spot cream for dark spots. Flash forward one year later at my annual dermatological exam to which I mentioned my dark spots. She said, “those aren’t dark spots. it’s a fungal infection of the skin called tinea versicolor. That needs to be treated with antibiotics.” Because this is chronic and it has been going on for a while, I couldn’t use a cream, and now I’m on oral antibiotics. It has spread to my outer ear, and down my neck. And now my secondary diagnosis is tinea auricularis. If you have access to an in person dermatologist (I was stupid and didn’t make an appointment to travel to go see mine until recently), go to an in person dermatologist. Don’t trust your skin to a photo and a doctor online. Learned my lesson.

I really never do reviews
I really never do reviews, however after reading all the negative reviews i wanted to share my experience. I started using musley in late 2023 and i can honestly say that it improved my dark spots a lot. And the thing is i don’t use it every day. Had i used it daily i think what’s left of my spots which is very minimal would probably be gone. I have put my Rx on pause a couple of times because i had to much product that i had not used. I will say that i had one batch that did turn very watery at one point but i did finish using it. As of right now i have cxl my Rx but once i use up the rest of my product i will start it again because it really did work for me.I never experience a problem with my pause or cxl. In my view sometimes not everything works for everybody, just my take on it. Just like sometimes perfumes smell totally different on one person than another.

Face spot cream turned from nearly white to dark brown - blackish. Company said this is normal. I never had any cream do this. I asked for a replacement with no luck so far. Stay away from Musely. Their creams 2 different ones didnt WORK!

They have 5 star reviews all over because they paid for all those reviews .. but the reality is trust pilot since they can’t buy it .. my friend and myself and mother started these treatments anti aging , anti aging repair, anti aging for neck and eyes ,, we used it almost 4 months , non of us seeing any improvement what so ever … none, zero,, it’s just they are promoting everywhere and we all see these advertise everywhere and what eyes see , eyes believe and buy. It’s just nothing other than lotion

This company looks like a scam and has no address or Help section that works. Fraud. I did not order anything from this company. Email I tried to send to their site after logging in. "You sent the wrong person a package. USPS #... I tried stopping the USPS delivery but their website did not work. How to fix this problem? Who regulates your company? Thanks in advance" Musely response below is bogus cya. This company does not allow you to communicate with it even after creating an unwanted account. Everything they claim is a lie. It is like dealing with communists.

Don't use their products-Bad Rash
Don't use their products! I used the Estrogen cream and the Face RX cream. After 3 weeks of use, I broke out into the worst body rash I have ever had. It spread in just 4 days from limb to limb and even onto my ears. It's red and itchy and I have been to the Dr. twice to get on Prednisone and Triamcinolone. I don't usually have sensitive skin problems so I would caution people to do their research before ordering anything from them.
