Every product I have received from Musely has worked as described. I am thoroughly amazed by their newest products. I will be a user for life! The communication with the Doctors have always been efficient and effective and their advice right on point!
I started using the repair cream after I saw my daughter’s skin improvement. I am very happy with my results. My pores are less visible and there is a smoothness that wasn’t there before. I use it in the morning as recommended and also the eye cream morning and evening
Tho The website is challenging and difficult to get to an answer. I gave up

When I tell you I tried everything. I mean everything! From creams, to doctor visits, chemical peels I mean everything. This product has changed my life! It works. I feel like I got my confidence back. I looked like I had a mustache and within a few weeks it was already getting lighter. Now it's almost gone. Not to mention I love the sunscreen. It goes under my makeup beautifully.
Absolutely horrible to my appearance. The 6% hydroquinone spot cream is thick, greasy, and sticky. Very hard to wash off as well. Left my skin darker and I lost my glow after just 1 use. This company has the best pharmaceutical grade ingredients at their disposal and they still manage to eff it up. I sorely miss Differin spot serum when it contained hydroquinone, that was perfect. Do better musely.
The second bottle they send me and nothing comes out! I tried everything and the pumps don’t work. Why do they make it so difficult??? It’s not that hard to make a working bottle where I can actually pump product out. This is insane. I will be cancelling my account. Whoever designed those bottles needs to be fired.
Haven't used the product, You pay extra for the consult but the Dr is a quack Dr! After MANY miscommunications with the advising online Dr Jhin, she wasn't listening apparently to my needs or skin concerns. We were going back and forth, I was getting nowhere! She then transferred my conversation to another department to cancel my order, I told them to just cancel the ENTIRE order, they stopped responding and they sent it anyway... Now they emailed me back after the query about the order arriving at my house when I was out of town on a serious family emergency. They told me no returns as the order wasn't halted before shipping...I emailed them screen shots BEFORE THEY STOPPED RESPONDING IN THE INITIAL CONVO AND LIKE THEY ARE AGAIN NOW TO MY EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE to show them it hadn't yet shipped bc I was transferred and asked which part did I want to cancel, I told them all of the entire order. We were still in communications so it hadn't yet shipped...NOW THEY NO LONGER RESPOND TO MY EMAILS... TERRIBLE customer service to say the least! They deserve ZERO stars!!!
I have two “The Spot Cream” bottles, neither one works ~ nothing comes out of the bottles. So disappointing. I have tried over and over again to get help, but no response. All I wanted was new bottles of the product. Now I just want a refund and have cancelled my account.
Been using for just over 3 weeks & -nothing- I've used (not products, peels, etc.) has ever worked as well as Musely. I am so happy! I saw hundreds of examples of successful before & afters, so I went in very hopeful. The Spot Cream has not disappointed. Feeling more confident every day!
Charged my card more than 3 weeks ago and still no product and I have emailed multiple times to no avail and spoken to their chatbot. They make it hard to contact customer service and there effectively is NO customer service. They lure you in, put you on auto ship and even the emails saying an item is shipped don’t tell you what the product is. Avoid them at all costs.
If it would have allowed me to leave a zero star review, I absolutely would have. I just tried MULTIPLE times to reorder the products I’ve used for the last several years. To no avail. When I tried to order, the website would not let me. So I called customer service. Listened to a lengthy spiel about Medicaid and Medicare (what in the actual hell?) I was subjected to an infomercial on medical alert bracelets (what?). When I tried to speak—repeatedly—to the operator, she ignored my questions and kept reading her medical alert spiel (again, what?). Issue never resolved. She never acknowledged me. My relationship with Musely is over! Time to find another company!
They make it impossible to cancel. They have no way to contact them. Bad business.
This place is a SCAM! I was sent and charged an order I did not place, then they put it as a subscription. There is no number to call to talk to anyone. In response to Musely’s response: Not true. I never consented nor gave payment authorization for FaceRx shipments.
