I recieved the wrong order and no response …
I recieved the wrong order for someone else with the same last name. The only response I've gotten from the website customer service and phone support was one scripted automated message telling me my irder was delivered and contact them with further needs. No response since. I want a refund. For the trouble they go to to convince you these are medical grade products the lack of support and reaponse and accuracy is shameful. Update: They did respond after quite a while and did meet my needs eventually. I wish they had responded sooner.
