Horrible customer service
Update: 3-14-25 They did finally get back to me through email and issued a refund. I still would not recommend this company. They need a phone you can call for customer service. The number they have said no one was available and I had a hard time finding a number. Communication is poor. Horrible customer service cannot get a hold of anybody or get a response. My doctor was very communicative and told me to stop treatment because of rashes, swelling and horrible reactions. Customer service wise you have no one to talk to you and can’t get a hold of anybody and they don’t respond to emails. I expect a refund and if not, I will be disputing as fraud with my credit card. So disappointing to see this experience and can’t imagine continuing on with a company that treats people like this.
