Everyone I've dealt with a Mundys have been extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They have made the whole process of letting and re-letting my property a breeze.

After self-managing my portfolio for many years I am now too old to deal with all the hassle. As Mundys have given excellent service when selling property for me and finding tenants I decided to bite the bullet and get a quote for management. I am SO pleased I did. My fears of a reduced income because of fees were countered by the increased rents negotiated with tenants. Mundys have been utterly reliable, helpful and professional throughout, fair to me and my tenants. I wish I had done it years ago. A big 'Thank You' to Hymie and all the team, you are all wonderful.
The service provided was prompt and responsive. I was kept in the loop at all times and found the staff very friendly and approachable and we're always happy to deal with any queries I may have had. There was always somebody readily available at the end of the telephone if and when I needed to call. Overall a great service.

I would Never Recommend Mundys to Anyone, They Never did Any Work that was Needed on the Property, They left us with No Boiler for a Week,Hot Water+Heating, And We Never Got Our Deposit Back which the Court Ordered, They are Con Merchants, DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Unprofessional conduct, over value houses, failure to disclose potential hazardous material inside a house and use underhand tactics to pressure sales and even contact other estate agents for information on other houses you may be potentially be interested in. Rude and inappropriate. Do not recommend!

If you are thinking of selling your house I can not recommend Mundys. They significantly over valued my house, but they came across as being very confident and said 'the first party to view would buy', so I naturally signed up to them. However, they did not generate a single enquiry or viewing. At each monthly review all they had to say was we think it might be a little high and suggested reducing it by £10K. So after 5 months of inactivity and a reduction of £45K I have had to terminate our agreement. They have been totally ineffective and wasted my time. Despite telling me all the places they could advertise the property, they only put it on Rightmove and their own site.

Awful service when it came to deposit return. Very minor damage to a carpet was detected on our check out (so minor I had never noticed it in the two years I lived there), I contested this as I knew I wasn’t responsible for it. I insisted on this and that it must have been there upon move in, despite the inventory clerk they hired not picking it up. They would not accept this and said they ‘were in a strong position to go to the DPS for dispute’, I was happy to do this as I wanted it to be investigated properly and refused to give up £100 of my deposit. And what a surprise, when they were gathering their evidence they found that the damage was actually present on the last tenant’s check out, something they absolutely should have checked as soon as I contested it. Luckily I did not back down, but if I had I would have paid them £100 for something that I was not at fault for. They then proceeded to blame me for not checking my inventory thoroughly enough and did not take accountability at all.

Our dad recently passed away, unexpectedly in his rented accommodation. As a result of his passing, there has been some damage to a small area of carpet which was left unsalvagable. We kept Mundys well informed throughout, only to have a young gentleman from the lettings department asking if it could be cleaned. I diplomatically explained this wouldn't be possible, to which he continued to try and encourage me to use cleaning companies on his reccomendation. He also advised he could probably clean it as he had "no emotional attachment". We eventually agreed that the carpet could be removed. Myself and my husband offered to replace it which was initially agreed. An hour later, he called to say the landlord didn't want this and that we would need to contribute to the cost of replacing a much larger area. He wasn't able to tell us how this would be fairly calculated, he followed that by telling us rent was due in a week and we would be liable for that if the property was not cleared by then. No condolences, no respect and zero empathy. He advised he would contact us. He didn't. We have rang the company since to ask for support in finding meters to take final readings and to continue to resolve the issues with the carpet. They were not able to tell us how to access these or about how we could resolve the outstanding issues. I also complained about the attitude of this young gentleman. I was finally offered some condolences and reassured by the manager that she would take over, deal with any questions and get back to me promptly with a response. But of course, they didn't ring. There had also been documentations on their systems of supposed conversations with the young gentleman that had never happened. Today I handed back the keys to the property. I sincerely hope that they should never find themselves in a similar position in future with such an appalling lack of support and empathy for an incredibly stressful situation. I would warn anyone who may be considering renting property through them in future to consider an alternative.

Awful experience . As a buyer looking to buy a property from them ,the Agent was not happy for me to ask questions about the property I was looking to make an offer on. Rang me to say the property in question had been sold and sounded very childish . I would not recommend.

My fiancé and I have just moved in to a rental property and Mundys estate agent have been a pleasure to work with, moving house is a very stressful time and they were absolutely fantastic, Donna in particular was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Mundys
