After self-managing my portfolio for many years I am now too old to deal with all the hassle. As Mundys have given excellent service when selling property for me and finding tenants I decided to bite the bullet and get a quote for management. I am SO pleased I did. My fears of a reduced income because of fees were countered by the increased rents negotiated with tenants. Mundys have been utterly reliable, helpful and professional throughout, fair to me and my tenants. I wish I had done it years ago. A big 'Thank You' to Hymie and all the team, you are all wonderful.
The service provided was prompt and responsive. I was kept in the loop at all times and found the staff very friendly and approachable and we're always happy to deal with any queries I may have had. There was always somebody readily available at the end of the telephone if and when I needed to call. Overall a great service.

There isn't a zero mark otherwise I would've given it as a score. Where to start, maybe best place is when you finish really, don't expect, whatever you do to the property to be enough in Mundys eyes to hand it back, they want your deposit and will make sure they get it, no compromise, no negotiation, just bullying tactics to make you pay. I am currently arguing about carpets I paid to have cleaned and deodorised, sent them the receipt, they allegedly stated that they still smelt and sent in another carpet cleaner Β£35 more than the one I paid for. It doesn't stipulate, which carpet cleaner you get, so how can you argue ? They also got in a gardener after the garden had been cleared Β£185 quids worth of gardener for the day (I want his job) , they tried to charge me extra rent, after putting in a tenant and me buying myself out of the contract. Whilst in the property they did fix things promptly, but you try leaving without them hounding you and being rude and argumentative, good luck with that, I would steer well clear from then and their greed.

Whatever you do stay well clear of Mundys. All they are interested in is making money, quickly. My house was grossly undervalued by their salesman even though a house close by was valued by a professional agent at over Β£125,000 more. The said house was smaller, less land and on a main road. When I realised the errors of my way I tried to employ another agent to work along side Mundys. I was informed that this would not be possible. My house sold within a day to the first person who viewed. "I can`t believe that I am getting so much property for such a resonable price" he said. Nine independant estate agents, that I subsequently contacted, all valued the property at a much higher price.

Similar to post below. My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home. Mundys had us in a bidding war prior to telling us there was someone else interested in the property. In fact they told us they had no other interest in the house. We found out someone else was putting in offers too. We felt our offers were to drive up someone elseβs. completely dishonest. Will never trust them or buy from them.

Very Poor, from a buyer's perspective.... Found Amy Lee to be a dishonest and unhelpful. Entered us into a bidding war when we were the first to place an asking price offer and after a lot of phone calls and emails to get feedback on our offer we only found out at the very last minute that there was another interested buyer. We feel that our offer was used as a base to get more money. A bit of honesty goes a long way. Left feeling quite frustrated and a bit sad :( :( :(

We were renting an apartment at Lincoln via Mundys. The service was professional from contracting, depositing to sorting out the bills etc. They are well organized and respond quickly to any queries. Highly recommended!

Treated really poorly, had to chase for every answer and then told we couldn't rent the property we wanted because we had adverse credit in the past which is fine but they were awful in leaving us waiting and not willing to work with us. They aren't willing to work with you or understand your situation despite earning 100k plus, having references and offering rent up front. Treatment was awful and made me cry on more than one occasion. They've now managed to do the same to a relative, they can pay the years rent up front with savings whilst selling their home and have just been ignored and offered a different property instead (a horrible one which is an insult) of Mundys just being honest with them. They have perfect credit so no reason to be horrible. Why be so rude and treat people like second rate citizens when they aren't?!?! Avoid for rentals

We are current tenants and have 0 faults with the service and care provided by Mundys. We have rented with other letting agents in Lincoln and we couldnβt recommend Mundys more. Big thanks to Fabienne who dealt with our concerns swiftly and made us feel secure and happy. Highly recommend! We put our property on the market just before lock down-Barbara was amazing. During difficult circumstances for ourselves and the pandemic happening, Mundy's continued to communicate with us and got things going quickly once lock down eased. Lorraine was very good at negotiating and finally got us a realistic offer. Everything went through quickly and smoothly- Vicki continued to communicate either by telephone or email. She also organised some clearance of furniture for charity. Someone was always there in the office to answer the telephone and they always returned calls. Always had accompanied viewings. Thank you all the team.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Mundys from start to finish. Tom Bell valued our home and we were delighted with his recommendation to show the back of the house rather than the front in the opening photograph and with the price we agreed to market at, most professional as was Lorraine and Vicky. Always kept in the touch with us and followed up immediately after any viewings. We were recommended to Mundys by Tina Pepper who was delighted and you sold her house as you did for her. We previously marketed with Bells and decided to change to Mundys after we had no success. Mundys have done us proud and found us a buyer and it's allowed us to move to out beloved Woodhall Spa, thank you so much. Highly recommend!
