Mr. Delivery Reviews

Only had one bad experience, when my order just never showed up. Customer service was mediocre. I did eventually get a refund, but it took talking to multiple people over the course of several hours. They kept saying "just wait another 30 minutes and see if it shows up, we can't reach the driver". But I ordered smoothies from a place 2 minutes away from my work......who wants a smoothie that is hours old!!!?? Even if it had shown up, I wouldn't have wanted it at that point!! As said, that's my only bad experience tho. Otherwise this is a really convenient service. I have used it at work a lot.

Always takes a long time

Awful service. I'm not sure why they are still in business here. I've had my order cancelled numerous times without explanation. The time it takes to receive the order is a bit of a lengthy one as well. Also, the delivery drivers make it obvious they don't enjoy their jobs. It's been over a month since my last attempt with ordering from this delivery service, and don't plan on going back to it ever again.

Pizza wasn’t very hot and shifted most of the toppings & cheese to one side

Drivers can'y seem to find address's and food order was not correct.

Solid inside and out... accurate scheduling and delivery every time

Slow delivery, expensive, frequently forgets items, rude when items are forgotten. I actively avoid GrubHub and its like because of Mr Delivery; I choose stores with their own drivers because they are so bad.

Be mindful of what you get and where you order - they dont replace items that are missing. Meh
