The rifle shoots well and I like the adjustable trigger. However, the finish started showing wear after just a few months of regular use. The scope mounting system could be better too. Still a decent rifle for beginners or those on a budget.

The Mossberg Patriot 308 delivers excellent accuracy out of the box. I've been consistently hitting targets at 200 yards with minimal adjustment needed. The bolt action is smooth and the trigger pull is decent for a budget rifle. Only complaint is the stock feels a bit cheap, but for the money, it's hard to beat.

Lightweight and comfortable to carry on long hunts. The bolt action is reliable and the safety is easy to operate with gloves on. Only wish the magazine held more than 4 rounds, but that's pretty standard for hunting rifles in this class.

I was skeptical about this budget rifle but it's proven me wrong. Sub-MOA groups at 100 yards with quality ammo. The spiral fluted bolt is a nice touch and cycles smoothly. Would definitely recommend for new hunters or anyone wanting a reliable 308 without breaking the bank.

The rifle I received had a rough chamber that required some gunsmith work to function properly. Once sorted out, it shoots fine, but shouldn't have these issues from the factory. Customer service did make it right eventually.

The accuracy is there when you find the right ammo it likes, but it's very picky about what it will shoot well. Spent quite a bit trying different loads before finding one that grouped properly. Customer service was helpful when I had questions though.

Been using this rifle for three seasons now and it's been completely reliable. Easy to clean, accurate enough for hunting, and the price was right. The fluted barrel looks nice and seems to help with heat dissipation during longer shooting sessions. Would buy another one.

It's an okay rifle but nothing special. The trigger could be better even with the adjustment feature, and the stock flexes more than I'd like. Accuracy is acceptable but not outstanding. You get what you pay for with this one.

For under $400, this rifle punches way above its weight class. The LBA trigger system is adjustable and breaks cleanly. I've taken it on several hunting trips and it's never let me down. The synthetic stock might not win beauty contests but it's practical and weather resistant.
