Fibre install has caused irreparable damage to our Grade II listed building. Despite residents coming out and telling the workman that he had to stop and was unable to continue due to not having permission, he became abusive and rude, and continued with the installation anyway.
It will be escalated to legal where the damage will be claimed for. Disgusting company with no respect for anyone or anything. This is not the first time we have had this problem, either.
A man came onto my premises on my driveway looking around for something. No he hadn’t asked for permission to be on my property and didn’t seem to be bothered. I captured him on my video camera. Unprofessional
If I could give 0 I would. A guy came to my house yesterday unannounced and we did not answer so a card was left through the door. Then today he came back again and because we didn’t answer straightaway he walked into my car port and helped himself to the meters. Once we got to the door he said “I went and did it myself” at the time we were so surprised and intimidated that we didn’t confront him! I checked with my gas & electricity provider and they hadn’t sent them as they get smart meters. I am beyond fuming!
Received a message in the morning of what time the engineer would be there, he was there within 10 minutes of the stated time. Nice pleasant guy, got the job done and explained how the meter works to me after.
After telling this organisation multiple times to stop coming to my property after they caused significant damage, today they broke in.
My meter readings are submitted to the energy provider - who admitted to losing them so I photographed the meter readings. That matter is with the Energy Ombudsman.
Today, after looking at my security cameras, I find Morrisons Data Service on my private property and forcing entry. I was at home and they failed to knock the door and ask to gain access. They had no reason to be on my private property due to the energy provider already created a bill. Meter readings were required in 3 months time.
Complaint made again and included the energy provider, the energy ombudsman and will be reporting the matter to the police. Invoice will be submitted for the damage.
Who do they think they are! They just turn up expecting to enter our property and read the gas meter, no appointment or advance notice, no card left in door when no answer. Sly that's what they are damn sly. Pull up in a car, knock on our door, the only door amongst many doors.
I’m a woman that lives in her own and someone comes to not the front door but the back door and just says he’s here to read my meter. He has his foot in the door before I realise he hasn’t said who he is or where he’s from and I already submit meter reads to my current energy supplier. I moved in less that 3 months ago. Turns out he has the wrong energy supplier for the property and the wrong name for the person living there so I turned him away but really intimidated me. Not on at all!
This company is terrible ! Don’t touch them with a barge pole .
BT was our chosen company but they out source to Morrisons who completed the whole installation . This installation was done in May 2023 . They made a terrible job of the plasterwork inside and blew the face off the bricks outside when drilling .
I have been trying to get the repair work done by them to no avail . Andrew Tyler came and agreed the job was awful and that remedial work was necessary. We are still waiting for them to rectify all the repair work needed . Barnaby Strouli is now the man dealing with this area but he doesn’t answer phone calls and nor does Andrew Tyler . I am disgusted that we have been treated like this . MORRISONS YOU ARE A LOAD OF COWBOYS who should never be allowed to deal with the public .
Aggressive rude driver parked in middle of lane so no traffic could move for 50 minutes. He also parked right outside our entrance gate so we could not enter or leave our property. When he returned to his van he was so aggressive he scared me.
Passive aggressive card left for my 94 year old mother stating she needs to read her meter within 48 hours (or what?!) - the reason she has arranged for someone to come to read the meter is that she can’t reach it - so next time give her some warning and DO NOT leave this aggressive note
