I have great insurance and the wiped me out and then want to Change me $5000 for gum surgery. Got a 2nd opinion and turns out I did not need to get gum surgery!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my last visit to Monarch Dental. My appointment was sheduled for 8:10am and I was called back at 8:09am. My appointment was for a re-evaluation for work done a couple of months prior. I walked out of the office by 8:16 having had the results well explained and another appointment scheduled. The staff is fast and efficient and provide great customer service.

There's nothing but great things to say about the orthodontist. He is friendly, kind, gentle, and has no problem answering any question u may have. And the rest of the office is the best ever. I love the monarch dental we go to. Would most definitely recommend ya'll. As a matter a fact I already have. Thanks for being so awesome w my daughter..

Excellent Staff.....Dentist and Hygienist superior!!

I am one of those patients who is just terrified to go to the dentist. Dr. Bates, Dr. Gonzalez and the entire staff made it such an easy experience. From explaining everything, letting me know what options I had, to pain control during procedures, it was all excellent. I highly recommend Monarch Dental and I am so very appreciative of my new smile.

My last visit was very pleasant, as always. The office staff always seems to remember me when I come In the front door. I really love that. Dr. Patel is sweet and gentle, Dr. Gordon has a great sense of humor and Dr. Loiseau is very generous with his time.

I went in to get my teeth cleaned. You had me come back two different times so see other doctors and I never got my cleaning done.

OMG love this place!! Last week I had an appointment and the office was nice enough to move it to a better day that worked!! And the hygienist took her time with me and explained EVERYTHING and gave me suggestions and recommendations on how to care for my teeth. THANK YOU Monarch Dental Plano for being so amazing!!

Reliable chain dentist office. Being a chain there's turnover but the dentists I've seen have all been competent.
