I have dental insurance so I am protected but they seem to me to be polite and I have no complaints about the job they have done on my teeth.

I do wish the girls wore name tags. It is very frustrating as a parent not knowing the name of the person you are talking to. They are in a hurry and don't introduce themselves. I love most of them. They are great with my kids. Dr Ashcroft is wonderful.

What a great place!! Staff was great. I will highly recomend monarch dental. Have found my new dental home!

Been a patient at Monarch Dental for 13 years. Both the hygienist, Alyssa, and Dr. Kilcrease are awesome.

I have had excellent care at Monarch Dental in Orem now for about seven years. They have also cared for other members of my family.

Stephanie and Lisa treat me like I am family. Always asking about my health and even sent a card signed by everyone when my wife was in the hospital.

Only Dentist I will go to or refer to family or friends. Very friendly, clean office, and they work with you on a case by case basses. Very well worth the wait to see them as a new patient. You get seen at your appointment time and never have to wait. 5 stars from me.

Everyone is very in-tune to making 'my' visit the best it can be. I feel like I'm the only patient they have! :) My appointments are always handled quickly and thoroughly. You won't regret visiting Monarch Dental in Abilene.

Clean, and professionally run.

The new dentist at the Lemmon location is very skilled - my filling at my last visit was absolutely perfect. Her bedside manner is not the best, but she knows her stuff and she isn't rude or arrogant. Office staff are consistently pleasant and professional, though I never know if at the next visit I'll owe a little or have a small credit due to weirdness with Delta dental insurance. Hygienists seem to have changed often over the years, but are generally good to great. Location is decent, with free parking in the garage below the building. Like most corporate locations they are eager to add more services, but the staff are very responsive and respectful of my requests to remove services I dislike or don't feel I need.

I have always had a good experience with the Monarch group. The office staff especially Gloria, is wonderful and works with you when you approach them. Octavia, the dental hygienist, always does an excellent job when she works on your teeth. The doctors are very kind and gentle and thorough when you need work done. I have been coming to this dental office for over 20 years.

My BiAnnual cleaning and checkup was completed on schedule with a minimum wait. To top off the experience the entire cost was covered by my insurance.

my son had a tool broken in his tooth and it they made it seem like it was no big issue, needless to say the broken part was not removed. He feels like he is rushed every time he goes in and when he tells the dentist to fix a previous filling he had that bothers him, he is ignored.

Had a very bad experience the last time i went. The two ladies there made me feel very uncomfortable because i was not aware of the price i was going to be paying out of pocket. I was upset because no one had previously warned me or discussed the prices before scheduling a day off of work and showing up to my appointment and getting no treatment done that day. It was my fault i wasnt aware of what i was going to pay out of pocket, but it seemed since i was confused gave them the oppurtunity to not care if i was going to get work done or not so i decided to just leave.

Other than your billing department, which I give 0 stars, I rate my Monarch dentists, technicians and staff a solid 5 stars. I will probably look for other dental service after the current work is done, somply because of your billing department.

I was well taken cared of and my questions are always answered.

1st visit and was told I did not qualify for a basic cleaning, instead they wanted to do a deep cleaning and wanted 500.00 dollars which my insurance would not cover.

Billed for 2 perio cleanings I didn't know I was getting and then had to pay for them on top of paying for dental insurance . Amber in the office said they didn't gave any control over how the hygienist coded the cleaning and I would have to pay. I told them the 1st visit to their office that if the procedure was not covered by my insurance then I would need to know the charges before the procedure. I was not told anything. Now I had to pay. Not happy with Monarch Dental Mesquite.
