First class to order the phone But still not got imy phone DPD totally useless Tried to contact them waist off time

Service good and very polite helpful staff

I’ve used this company for years and no issues. Unfortunately my most recent phone from them was a used one, which I’ve had before and was fine! However this one had a few issues from day really. The phone has completely crumbled, but through no fault of mine and I’ve had iPhones for over 10 years now and this has never happened before. I’ve rang up and been told 3 different things by 3 different agents. I’ve emailed in twice to complain as that’s what I was told to do, and I’ve had nothing back from that. I also asked for a manager call back which I was told I’d get the same day, 6 days later I’m still waiting. I’m so disappointed as usually I recommend this company but the customer service is shocking. I’m stuck with a broken phone, and currently no contact. Disgusting.

Second time of using them. Great service. Delivery is quick & customer service was helpful. I find them cheaper than going directly to mobile phone providers. I will use them again when my contract is next up.

I ordered a refurbished iphone 12 contract for my son on May 14 2025 but it was not delivered. When I queried it, they said it was lost by DPD and that it will be investigated. Again, I reordered on 27 May 2025 and again it has not been delivered till date. No one has contacted me to provide feedback, cancelled or tells me what has happened to both orders. This company is a joke I suspect they are into something fishy. Please beware.

Quick fast efficient

A great range of “Apple reconditioned iPhones “ I chose an iPhone 14, it was exactly the same as a new one. The choice of packages was excellent as well. The staff were very helpful. Buying technology when you are in senior years can be very fraught fun, however they made it easy for me to get the right package. A good company to deal with.
