Well 1 STAR because there's no zero stars. Be aware of this Lebara scheme ; I dont have a contract i buy manually a bundle meaning im intittled to buy it when i want is not a contract is buying a service but im told by Lebara costumer service that automatically it will renew himself ????? Wait a second i dont have a monthly contract i buy a service manually that last 30 days but its me that choose when i want yo buy it . But gets even better one day BEFORE expiry my bundle Lebara automatically charge me the same bundle i bought previously without my permission . Meaning its FRAUD im being charged a service whithout being provided the service itself because didnt expire yet . How can this be possible ??? Again i dont have a contract !!!! Its a bundle there's no subscription or fix payments thats why you buy it when you want but still Lebara charge you like a monthly contract. Dont fall in this shit cancel Lebara payments in your bank app and only switch it on when YOU decide to buy the bundle not LEBARA charging you 24 hours in advance and without your authorization. Dont use the APP cancel erase it frpm your phone if you buy bundles they will take your money without your permission this is illegal AGAIN i buy a bundle not a monthly contract

I had switched to Lebara a year and a half ago and everything was smooth up till end of May 2025 when I noticed that my data was disappearing from fourth of June till fourth of July. I have spent on Lebara £75 just to add data so I was buying plans to have data. The best was that in four days time in three days time, sorry I’ve used 50 giga data. Is that possible? Lebara is coming the customer with the data and when I made a complaint they gave me five giga data back then all of a sudden that’s gone And on my account I’ve got extra 20 gig and after 2 1/2 weeks that I was waiting for someone to contact me they decide to contact me on Sunday 2 o’clock just before lunch with my family to tell me that I have to keep my mobile data off when I am on Wi-Fi They think they talking to a child even my children on TikTok they don’t use that much data they reinstalled some of my data back even though I explained that I need to travel and I need data on my phone. I haven’t been planning to change network but now definitely I’m leaving Lebar I’ve been with Vodafone with sky with EE with O2 never ever ever. I use more than 30 GB per month of data. I always have spare data in the end and Laura 50 GB the disappearing in three days what is your secret? Lara? Tell it to the customers guys go away don’t go near

Scam asking for details and then hanging up when given

i bought a lebara recharge and impossible to activate it after i gave all my details on the phone the network suddenly stops. I tried to contact lebara in all the way possible (phone, email, chat from laptop, chat from app but impossible to get a reply from them.

Sim swap by scammers just asking for…

Sim swap by scammers just asking for pac code, no proper i.d. Failure on lebara security, I should need to authorise. They said extra security put in place, but happened again. UNBELEIVABLE And lebara if you want to contact me don't call my number it is still with the scammers. OK on Day 3 still waiting for lebara to return my number,multiple checks to ensure my i.d. when asking for details where was that security on the number porting. Yesterday told the team would contact me in a couple of hours.. Nothing..contacted today by chat told 48 to 72 hours. TERRIBLE SECURITY AND SERVICE............................................................ Day 9 still no return of my number. No contact from lebara for days. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE. DON'T USE.

Good service + uses reliable Vodafone signal

Uses Vodafone signal in UK which we have found to be good strength and reliable. Agents have been helpful on chat. V good value for our usage. Happy we made the switch from O2

Hvis jeg kunne sende 0000 stjerner , gjorde vi det. Vi befinder os i Usa - endeligt kan vi besøge vores søn i San Francisco - efter lang nedlukning, men ….. vores mobiler virker overhovedet IKKE - kan ikke sende eller modtage sms og vi kan heller ikke modtage opkald eller ringe. Det er en meget uheldig situation, og vi har haft Lebara i ca 10 år og brugt vores mobiler alle de mange gange vi har været i USA eller andre steder. Kundeservice giver en sludder for en sladder. Tænk jer godt om,hvis I vil,bruge Lebara. Lebara er kendt for at tilbyde telefonopkald tværs af grænser. Vi har været her i San Fran i en uge, og vi har haft daglig kontakt med Lebara. Købte et amerikansk simkort for at kontakte Lebara telefonisk. 🤬😡🤯

Lebara in EU

I have an iPhone 12pro max. My wife an iPhone11 pro max. Both phones worked in the EU last summer using O2 network. This year we travelled (camper van for 74 days) in the EU with Lebara sims blagged by MSE. In summary: both phones always had Edge (limited to email only - no internet). NL and Germany no probs. CZ both only Edge - nowhere any 3G or 4G. France (we visited three times) wife's phone ok, mine intermittent - after being there for three weeks I got welcome to France message and had 3G for a few days. Tried swapping sims but same problem. Italy and Spain - wife's ok in some areas mine not at all. Austria both ok It seems there is problem with iPhone 12 and 13 models with Vodafone (and other networks - much on internet re this). My research revealed that Lebara only ever used the Vodafone network. I installed eSims on my devices to access internet and they worked fine by using best available network. I contacted Apple who ran tests on my phone and found no problems - they claimed no knowledge of the many similar problems documented on internet. I contacted Lebara several times and they said they would fix it and ring back within the hour - I'm still waiting for their return calls.

I bought a sim for international calls and I top it up but it doesn't work. I tried to call the customer services but no one answered. Very bad network, please avoid it

Forfærdelig kundeservice

Meget underligt at høre sætningen “Jeg kan ikke hjælpe dig” derefter at få røret smidt på i hovedet på en, af en “kundeservice” medarbejder. En simpel nummerflytning har taget 2 måneder, med medarbejdere der siger noget forskelligt, for til sidst at få afvide at det ikke kan lykkedes, og at de ikke kan hjælpe. Bizart at man ikke vil hjælpe en Telia kunde flytte nummer til jer!

I have moved few numbers from telenor…

I have moved few numbers from telenor to here which is big mistake in life. Today suppose to get all moved but none of the sim cards working. No proper setup. If you thinking to move number then be ready to loose your number or spend few days to get your number back.

ARNAQUE LEBARA - VOL AU RECHARGEMENT DE FORFAIT J'ai acheté une carte LEBARA de 15€ chez AUCHAN en l'utilisant sur 1mois d'internet. Au moment du rechargement sur le numéro de portable de cette même carte j'ai voulu prendre un forfait à 20€. LEBARA a prélevé cette somme (mail à l'appui) mais aucun rechargement n'a été effectué. J'ai contacté leurs conseillers ils m'ont dit que j'avais utilisé mon forfait le soir même alors que je n'ai rien utilisé du tout. Comment 20€ d'internet peuvent-ils disparaitre en 30 minutes alors que mon forfait à 15€ m'a duré 1 mois. Grâce à dieu je suis maintenant chez REGLO MOBILE pour 9.95€/mois j'ai 50Go. FUYEZ LEBARA ce sont des voleurs !!!
