Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

My phone doesn’t work outside of the house I’ve rang your helpline has been no help and now I’ve had a text saying I’ve used all my data you are a disgrace and I will be checking my rights so I can get a new provider

The PAYG package deal is very good and no one else seems to do unlimited text and calls only. I bought this for a close family member (not on a smart phone & in hospital) SIM activation was easy and worked ok. The next day when the number was being transferred was the issue... The number was switched off and the transferred number hadn't transferred so the phone could not be used. The call centre were helpful but said it will be done in 24hrs. The next day was no different and phone still unusable. Call centre said they would request Tech team to look into it as a priority and would keep me updated. Eventually the phone / Sim started working but did not get any comms from call centre. The transfer of number experience was not good and I feel could have been handled better than quoting... It can take 24 hrs and should be done between 1700 hrs and midnight.....

ASDA Mobile is just more than awesome! Got 25GB for just £5.99/m, and the service has been reliable so far.

Still can not sign in on the app with finger print got to sign in twice for some reason like before still does not show roll over int on the app they tell me it's at the end of my bill well how are you supposed to know were you are with int but otherwise good signal everywhere
