Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

Unable to obtain a returns label

Unfortunately it is necessary for me to return an item. I bought the item in March 2025, I have made several telephone calls asking for a returns label & sent several emails to customer services since March. I never receive the returns label which is promised to me. When I call it takes several minutes to get to speak to someone who on all 3 occasions have not initially listened to me, I have been promised a returns label which never arrives. My last contact was by email asking Asda to telephone me which they have not done. I am now seeking advise from my credit card company for a refund. Disappointing.

Simple transition to a better SIM deal

Simple transition to a better SIM deal. I can't explain how easy it was to change SIM and keep my number compared to past experience it was a doddle. The only thing Asda mobile could improve is having a notification that tells you it's been successful when trying to port your number. There was no indication of this and I eventually received 5 emails telling me it was a success!
