Easy setup value for money
Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for Β£4 a month pack , one week has cost me Β£14 why?

The SIM was installed but there is a problem with data usage, i seldom use the phone. I have not received confirmation that my direct debit will be taken. I can see from my bank app the DD has been set up. I contacted technical support but nothing was resolved. Also, i am now in italy and the data roaming is not working. I have followed the online instructions but it does not work . I will call technical support again and hopefully the problems will be resolved. This is not the experience i expected from ASDA mobile.

I only wanted an occasional use sim card with a traditional type of mobile, and found it difficult to navigate the website to find clear instructions of how this might be achieved. No black and white information seemed to be explained about this so I made it up as I went along and hope I have got it right! If so, I am really pleased to find someone to offer this difficult to find facility

Speaking to an advisor on line, I was able to update my bank debit card easily, which seemed to be impossible just by using their website !
