Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

I signed up because they advertised a deal for £6.40 per month for 12 months. They sent me an email to confirm the price. Two months later they are billing me £8 per month. I contacted their customer service who tell me it's only £6.40 if you work for Asda. Nowhere did it say this on the advert or on my confirmation email. It's a scam. I will be taking this to the Watchdog and then I will be leaving Asda as they have broken the terms of our agreement. Avoid Asda mobile. Their adverts are dishonest. They will not honour their own agreements and will charge you whatever price they choose. 7 May 2025 Update - don't be fooled by the comment from Asda below. They want readers to think they have resolved the issue. They have not. I have been contacting their customer care for days. The issue remains.

Signed up for Asda sim to save money, sim arrived quickly and was easy to set up, phoned customer service to transfer old number, helpful and number changed within 24 hrs, only negative was not enough data was showing on account but a phone call to customer service soon got this corrected.

Awful signal, barely works anywhere. Terrible and incompetent customer service. Months of arguing before coming to the conclusion that the problem was exactly what I told them it was in the first place. Lots of going round in circles being told to do the same test steps over and over even though I'd completed them multiple times. Final issue was them taking more money from me that I didn't owe them AFTER my account was officially closed and having to screw around trying to get a refund via my bank because ASDA wouldn't refund me the money directly, only offering me an evoucher.

I've been with ASDA a few years now but today a problem where my bank card had expired so I was kind of panicking whether my bundle of joy would be continued or not. I didn't get the operators name but she sorted it out very quickly so I'm very happy with the service and outcome. 10/10

Cheap deal and with no fixed contract. Just to use my phone as a phone. Yes you can still live without being online..! And just wait till you get home for your Wi-Fi fix. That's what I do..!
