Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

They lost my number for 7 days then transferred my son’s number to my phone then had no phone for a week. Very stressful didn’t help having bank holiday in between

Good value contract deal

Good value. Especially half price offer. I was paying for pay as you go but the cost of the calls became too much, even though I’m a light user they were eating my money up without me realising . All calls are free with Asda mobile as well as messages plus 3gb data.

A great plan if you don't need data

There was a slight technical glitch at first, as I was unable to link the number to my profile. However, customer service was extremely helpful and I was soon up and running. The plan is ideal (Talk and Text) as I did not require data for this number.

Wish I’d called earlier!

I have been struggling to login to my online account since I moved to Asda mobile. I had reason to call regarding topping up my bundle and the advisor was amazing! She not only helped me to top up (I was unable to do myself without the online account), but she set up an online account for me so that I can do this myself in future. I had previously been going round in circles with it. She was patient, polite, helpful and efficient. A credit to your company. Thank you!
