Terrible and incompetent customer service
Awful signal, barely works anywhere. Terrible and incompetent customer service. Months of arguing before coming to the conclusion that the problem was exactly what I told them it was in the first place. Lots of going round in circles being told to do the same test steps over and over even though I'd completed them multiple times. Final issue was them taking more money from me that I didn't owe them AFTER my account was officially closed and having to screw around trying to get a refund via my bank because ASDA wouldn't refund me the money directly, only offering me an evoucher.
