Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.

Signed up to sim only 4 weeks ago. Inserted Simon to phone not been able to make calls. Rang customer services who said my account and number did not exist. Then after insisting they checked again and found it. Then said my sim is temporary and should be activated in 24 hours stillwaiting

The whole experience of joining Asda mobile was trouble free with being able to transfer my original number at the same time smoothly. Asda /Vodafone network is a good combination.

it was ok but improvement needed

it was ok but improvement needed it was easy enough to order new sim although mine took forever to come nearly 2 weeks the switching my number to asda mobile wasnt easy and very stressful. unlike what it says online there was no option on my account to transfer my number so i had to phone up, i am deaf so i had to use the text relay service and it was just unneccsarily complicated. when you should be able to do it online i advise asda mobile either develops a live chat or being able to transfer number on your account because all the hassle i went through totally put me off

Helpful and Friendly Customer Service

On the occasions I have had to contact Asda Mobile, the customer service staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Being new to this company, I had a few problems getting started which were immediately solved and I wasn't made to feel silly because of my lack of technical knowledge. I'm so glad I signed up to Asda Mobile
