it was ok but improvement needed it was easy enough to order new sim although mine took forever to come nearly 2 weeks the switching my number to asda mobile wasnt easy and very stressful. unlike what it says online there was no option on my account to transfer my number so i had to phone up, i am deaf so i had to use the text relay service and it was just unneccsarily complicated. when you should be able to do it online i advise asda mobile either develops a live chat or being able to transfer number on your account because all the hassle i went through totally put me off
