Ive been with Asda Mobile for many years and there is never a long wait to speak to a customer services advisor. They are always very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in reccommending them to anyone.
Only been with them 2 week but all seems ok up 2 now
I asked for £4 a month pack , one week has cost me £14 why?

SIM card arrived fairly quickly After installation I had a few problems linking my account and my new number but managed to sort it out without help. So far so good.

I have the pay as you go on an auto renew for my children. Every. Single. Month! It does not renew and I have to go in and buy it. The app is horrendous and does not work properly so it can’t even been done on the phone. Only reason I’ve not moved is due to the price… you get what you pay for has never been truer!

I found using the Asda website very easy to use due to the fact that it is very user friendly. It was rather unusual to set up a mobile account without any human interaction, how refreshing. The simplicity how it is possible to change/upgrade from one account to another was mush appreciated. For ease of use I give Asda 10/10. Thank you. Steve.
