Website failed to load properly
Website failed to load properly - issue with recapcha not actually showing, then contact form not working, then complaint form not working. When I finally managed to access the account after some 40 minutes it said my balance was zero despite my already having paid £5 before the sim arrived. It's the most hopeless experience I've ever had with a new SIM - would advise anyone thinking of using Asda mobile to avoid them completely- it's cheap but a really bad experience.
