So easy to deal with no hassle
Abigail was polite and knowledgeable. She answered my questions well and was very re-assuring
Lisa Warburton was very lovely and kind. She explained everything very clearly. Talking with her calmed me down. I'm a very grateful that she helped me in this process.
Abigail Rennison was incredibly supportive, informative, and patient with me throughout the process. There were moments when I struggled to express how the accident had impacted me, and she reassured me that it was ok to take my time. she was more than willing to go at my pace. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would!

I had an exceptional experience with Lisa Warburton this morning, she was kind and empathetic whilst being quick and efficient in taking all the relevant info needed without being stuck on the phone for hours. The phone call came through less than 24 hours after the accident occurred which is much sooner than expected and I already have been put in contact with physio to look at my injuries. Stress and hassle free, allowing me to concentrate on my recovery. Paul would regularly update me if there was progress or not. Along with if further information was required. Replies to my questions were responded to in a timely and efficient manner also. I was also suprised that the company board of directors with their ethics committee had reviewed my case and decided to reimburse me some of the "win" fees back!. I really didn't think companies like this existed anymore. Thanks again to Paul Childs who informed me every step of the process and even after the case was closed. If you have the need to seek legal help with a motor vehicle then I would highly recommend Paul Childs and his team.

Following a crash that was not my fault my insurance company put me through to Minster Law for a injury claim. I spoke to Tina Davies, who was extremely professional and answered all questions I had, on going through the legal cover (of which I opted out on my insurance) Tina mentioned Union legal cover, This I do have through my job. Tina then gave advice to contact them to see if Minster could continue my claim through them or if I would have to go through them. Tina then made the wonderful caring comment of"we don't want you to have to loose any of your compensation unnecessarily even if it means that you have to go through your Union legal team." This to me just shows how much their law firm is more bothered about you as a individual and not as a way of winning a claim and being paid. I then explained this to the legal team with the union that they got me intouch with and they was so impressed with the advice given even stating that goes to show how much they care for their customers. Tho we are still in the process of working out what route will be best for my personal claim, I would highly recommend Minster Law to anyone and everyone, they truly care about their customers well being. Tina Davies you are a absolute start and I couldn't have wished for someone better to review and process a claim. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the advice and care you have shown me, it means more than I can say in words.

It's taken 3 years and 8 months of no contact, updates and chasing, stress and hassle. two days before the case gos to court informed the correct paperwork has not been submitted. More delays and another absent case handler no doubt. Looking forward to our 4 year anniversary not!!! Absolute joke of a firm would have done a better job myself. If your insurance company recommends this firm find someone else quick!!

I’ve had a really difficult experience with Minster Law. After going through a traumatic car accident that wasn’t my fault, I expected some support and understanding. Unfortunately, my case handler was unavailable when I called, and I was put through to someone else – Jason Goward. I found Jason to be unsympathetic and dismissive of what I’ve been through. Rather than helping me feel reassured, he made me feel like I was being stupid for asking questions or needing clarity. What made things even more frustrating was when he told me that if my case handler’s inbox is as full as his, then the response time is around 2–3 weeks. This is completely unhelpful, especially considering I’ve been given a 21-day deadline to respond to an offer from the defendant. After everything I’ve experienced, this interaction left me feeling stressed, unsupported, and disappointed. It’s disheartening to feel like just another number when you’re going through something so personal and upsetting. I really hope Minster Law can work on improving their empathy, communication, and responsiveness, especially during such critical times for their clients.

Emma Carr was my case handler for the majority of my case, and I'll be the first to say she has done an absolutely incredible job, very attentive to detail and very thorough with her explanations in a way that I was able to understand. All communications have been flawless and quick. I couldn't have asked for anyone better! Her advice was second to none and very reliable and trustworthy and guided me through some big decision making. Absolutely incredible!
