Minster Law were very professional, thorough and empathetic with my claim. Adam and the team took my case over from another Law firm and quickly realised that my case was severely undervalued and fought hard to get me the compensation I deserved. The advice I was given was always delivered very clearly for me to understand and the correct experts were hired to examine me when required.
Communication is poor badly managed and I’ve been without a solicitor Four months allocated me a new solicitor have I spoken to then NO!! I called multiple times, I haven’t received a message back or a call back. I’m shocked because I think if this was a direct paying service not under the insurance were they have to claim and prove who folds and accepts liability .. They be proactive i am really over this company seriously disappointed
Communication was slow, and I had to chase up for updates constantly. Don’t bother emailing - they rarely reply. If you call up make sure you get a name. I’ve been told an existing issue would be chased up twice now to no avail. Currently awaiting results from a medical appointment they tell me I didn’t attend - I definitely attended. Worst experience possible considering they deal with car crashes is an irony as they themselves are the car crash.
Lisa has been really amazing through this whole process with my claim. She has taken the time to explain to me in great detail all the finer things that I might not understand and has really patient with me. I’ve had a case ongoing now for the last 2 years and 3 months. I get an email responded to maybe once every 6 months if I’m lucky. No one replies, no one answers my calls, if I do get through to someone apparently no one can help me other than the one person who doesn’t reply to my emails. The cases should have been finalised back in October, 6 months later I’m still nowhere closer to a court date and even it is was going to be longer for whatever reason just having clear communication and knowing where you stand would go along way and I’d have felt more at ease about the whole process. I’ve never had to do anything like this before (thank god) and just took direction from my insurance company but I wish I went elsewhere and was able to communicate with someone throughout the process. I have no idea where I stand and what’s going on and it’s beyond frustrating trying to get anywhere with this company. I just want an update at the very least but feels impossible to get even that.
