Following a serious (not our fault) car accident in January 2024, our car insurance company referred us to Minster law for a personal injury claim. Jaime Noble handled our cases and was absolutely fantastic. From the first phone call to the final settlement. He was so helpful, kind and polite. Keeping in regular contact with us through our Daughter-in-law who handled everything for us. We had no prior experience of anything like this and Jamie explained everything to us and made the whole process very easy for us.

totally unprofessional company that i wish i had never dealt with, incompotent from the very start of our claim, yesterday i was threatened by a member of their staff if i decided to drop the case and walk away after 2 frustrating years of dealing with these muppets i would be charged for my grandsons medical fees and also his treatment fees, for the grand payout of around 200 quid they expected us to travel from scotland to england to appear in court, it was only when i pushed them harder they said i could do this either remotely or by paper, i am going to complain very strongly to kia accident aftercare for putting us in touch with minster law, they ought to be aware of the potential grief and headaches they are putting innocent customers through simply by dealing with this horrible company, i would strongly advise anyone reading this review if anyone refers you to minster law then just refuse to deal with them and get a proper company to handle your claim.

We had an RTC in 2020 where somebody rear ended our stationary car. Initially with Minster Law we had different case handlers dealing with our claim and hardly any communication from them. Eventually in March 2025 Wasim Khan took over our claim and was absolutely fantastic. He took his time to explain everything that was happening and needed to be done and even sent emails out of hours, as he knew I was working late, just took keep me informed with everything that was happening with the case. The case has finally been settled after almost 5 years and we couldn’t be more thankful to Wasim for everything he has done for us. I only wish we had him from the start of the claim as I feel this would have been resolved years ago.

I have to say Paige Wilson Wood is a credit to the Company. When the procedure was dragging on frustration crept in, I contacted her and she was outstanding. She listened to my concerns, was understanding and sympathetic. She resolved any outstanding (and future) issues promptly and efficiently. Regular emails kept me in touch with the process. Her telephone manner was first class, pleasant and professional.Needless to say the communication was extremely reassuring. The matter is now resolved and monies have now been paid into my account. I trust the Company realise what a valuable employee and asset they have, she is extremely employable. Thank You Paige for your excellent service, it was greatly appreciated.
