I’ve had a really difficult experience…
I’ve had a really difficult experience with Minster Law. After going through a traumatic car accident that wasn’t my fault, I expected some support and understanding. Unfortunately, my case handler was unavailable when I called, and I was put through to someone else – Jason Goward. I found Jason to be unsympathetic and dismissive of what I’ve been through. Rather than helping me feel reassured, he made me feel like I was being stupid for asking questions or needing clarity. What made things even more frustrating was when he told me that if my case handler’s inbox is as full as his, then the response time is around 2–3 weeks. This is completely unhelpful, especially considering I’ve been given a 21-day deadline to respond to an offer from the defendant. After everything I’ve experienced, this interaction left me feeling stressed, unsupported, and disappointed. It’s disheartening to feel like just another number when you’re going through something so personal and upsetting. I really hope Minster Law can work on improving their empathy, communication, and responsiveness, especially during such critical times for their clients.
