A+ service - delivered next day and exactly what I ordered

First time to use, very impressed

Not recommend at all! I placed the order in the midnight and request cancel it straight away. There is no cancel button and you have to wait them to contact you back. However, in 7 products, only 2 had been cancelled, one was due to no stock. The worst thing is, no one got me an update and had waited half hour online but no one had a chat. YOU CANT CHANGE YOUR MIND ONCE YOU PLACE THE ORDER & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. Shop locally if you could, support local business if you could!

Easy to order - fast delivery - perfect !

Ever since they were bought by Logan, they have been using ratty tactics. I was Auto signed up for their premium subscription when I purchased an item, 29.99!? And the only way to cancel is to contact customer service.

I usually love buying things from mighty ape due to there fast service. This time was not great. They lied about delivery time and when product was sent which i kept checking. I would never have bought if I knew I had to wait. Then discovered it had come from overseas and not there warehouse.

I ordered 2 of the same product, I got one then couldn't find out where my second one was. I tried to get in touch but the page said I'd have to wait 2 to 4 business days...they got back to me on the second business day and explained what happened. So relieved. Beautiful solid racks that we've put on top of each other and they fit perfectly down the side of my fridge. My hubby changed the wheels to solid wheels so it's easy to maneuver in and out.

Have ordered many times from this company. But this last order will be the last time I use them. As I had their primate membership I assumed that my last order which included dishwasher tablets easily available in New Zealand would be covered for free delivery. However that was not the case as they came from their market supplier and this was in Australia. The shipping cost was more than the cost of the dishwashing tablets. Although on the order is states that it was free shipping. Their customer service representative advised me in many words the error of my ways. Mighty Ape was amazing - absolutely zero complaints about any part of the customer experience when dealing with them. NZ Post on the other hand, rather took the shine off things. I'm unlikely to buy anything else from Mighty Ape that can't be delivered to a PO Box, just to avoid having to endure further incredibly frustrating dealings with NZ Post.

i went online searching for an over the chair tablet table, one on wheels that i could just pull over my recliner as i am elderly. Mighty Ape came up with the most perfect laptop table, nice and wide, adjustable height and width. I have never bought from them before so I checked the reviews, Every review said reliable so I purchased - Now normally shipping from Auckland to Christchurch takes at least 5 days, Imagine my astonishment when 2 days later the table arrived. My daughter assembled it very quickly and it is everything I wished for. Will I buy from them again? WITHOUT A HESITATION. VERY PROFESSIONAL, UPDATES STRAIGHT AWAY brilliant company, highly recommend them

They've never been mighty to begin with and now they're letting literally scammers "sell" on their marketplace. Do not shop Mighty Ape.
