They don't do jungle express delivery

Bought something and then received a $29 deduction for ‘primate’ membership that o had no idea I signed up for. Absolute fraud and a rip off that this happened without me being aware. Money that was stolen by mighty ape and money that gave me no benefit whatsoever. Wasted further time trying to find how to unsubscribe. Absolutely livid. Rip off merchants

Recently pre-ordered an item from Mighty Ape on the 20th March with the item expected on the 1st of April. April came and went, it's May now, and the item is listed as "out of stock." I have not been contacted or advised about when my item may become available, but why would I? Mighty Ape have my money. Also, I HATE the new site layout. A real step backwards!

My son purchased me Jimmy Choo Illicit for Mother’s Day. Clearly tampered with as the stopper was raised and the colour was half as light as the quarter full “genuine” bottle I still had and could compare to. It had been opened, watered down and resealed. How dishonest! I will never use mighty ape again and I doubt my son with either.

I bought a book for a friend (didn't set up an account). 2 weeks later, got an invoice from MightyApe for "Primate" - their subscription service. I did NOT sign up for that (and if I had inadvertently when buying the book that would have been in the original invoice). They direct debited the money from my bank account for something I never bought! I emailed them, got NO REPLY. Finally got my bank to intervene - so spent time and money just to not be ripped off - what a huge waste of time and money So do NOT give MightyApe your bank account details, you cannot stop them taking money from it in future, even if you don't buy from them!

Placed an order on 1st May. Was initially told it would ship 5th May. When 5th May arrived - it went out to 8th May. That was yesterday - I still do not have any delivery or tracking information. But you have my money. So you're all good. What happened Mighty Ape? You used to give great service. Now you won't even reply to my emails or help desk AI Bot enquiries.

Unfortunately bought a book didn't kno till the end of transaction that it would take 8 weeks to deliver even tho it said in stock it's been almost week of me trying to contact them but they have no number and you have to wait for a email reply that simply hasn't happened I would cancel order and get from another source but being left in the dark hasn't helped .Quick yo take the money slow on customer service if any .Buyer beware

All over service is fantastic

Ordered an item which was shown 'in stock' in mid April - still waiting! I chased on 30 April to find where the item was - no response. Sent another note today and disappointed to see that the item is coming from the UK...! I am sure this was not clear on their website. I would not have ordered the item had I known - unclear when the item will get to me. The site is far from transparent. Check and double check what you are buying.
