Dishwashing disaster
Have ordered many times from this company. But this last order will be the last time I use them. As I had their primate membership I assumed that my last order which included dishwasher tablets easily available in New Zealand would be covered for free delivery. However that was not the case as they came from their market supplier and this was in Australia. The shipping cost was more than the cost of the dishwashing tablets. Although on the order is states that it was free shipping. Their customer service representative advised me in many words the error of my ways.
