Problems with delivery due to website at address input losing unit number. Customer service ignored feedback and emails about broken check out address input Their address input doesn't work for certain addresses and puts the wrong address on delivery items I had to call NZ post and work with them to put the correct address on my parcel from my tip because the mighty ape website check out address input was broken that if I put the unit number separately where it says please input your unit or apartment number it will not show up on the tracking label

I needed a last minute special birthday present that I couldn't buy in store anywhere in nz. Mightape had just what I needed. I ordered Friday and received on Monday which was so amazing, being rural can sometimes take longer then estimated but mightyape was spot on. Thanks for a great service and awesome high quality products.

Ordered a chair on the 19th of may from NZ. expected deliver June 3/5 The order was received on 22/23rd and prepared for delivery/pickup. not notified of this until week later it was picked up . 5th of June was in transit to NZ? I thought i was buying from NZ 11 June I complained and requested money back, within an hour delivery staus changed to 'delivered' .. in the middle of the night. The item was not delivered and I think this was retaliatory to my request for money back/cancellation. (pure evil). currently 25 June and mighty ape blaming its supplier and delivery.. This kind of biz should not be able to operate in NZ market. $300 bucks ripped off, continuing to dispute at MBIE and wasting lawyers time to end this wrong.
Quick delivery easy to deal with
Mighty Ape is usually my first call when online shopping. I don't do a lot of buying online, but Mighty Ape is always dependable, with a good range of well-priced quality products and remarkably fast delivery.
Used to be really good, now it seems like it upsells everything unless you buy the monthly subscription, so if you just casually buy now and then it’s not worth it.
I found the website user friendly, the order arrived overnight, good recyclable cardboard. An absolute pleasure to shop on mighty ape!!
The website is easy to navigate, the purchasing was easy, and the delivery was super fast (same day purchasing and delivery). The item was as advertised. All in all it was a very satisfying experience to purchase from Mighty Ape.

The customer service in New Zealand is quite disappointing! I visited the Armageddon Mighty Ape booth. You conceal the most desirable items at the back of the store. Out if reach for customers to look at. It would not be detrimental to allow customers to view the products they wish to purchase. However, your customer service appears to be biased regarding the items they choose to buy, and it takes an excessive amount of time for them to be permitted to examine the products they are interested in buying. The item is located at the back of the shop owner's premises; it would not be detrimental to allow the customer to view it, even if the shop is busy. After all, you are just simply going to hand it over. Very biased service

Ordered a pair of binoculars from the site. Product that was delivered did not match description or images on Mighty Ape site. Mighty Ape refused to accept a return or refund.

Sad to say this company has completely fallen off, it used to be good value and great customer service but now it’s a mess. 3 out of 4 of my last orders have been damaged and customer service now takes weeks to reply. The UI has also become garbage, it’s difficult to find what you want in terms of settings and policy. They use to always ask for feedback and display reviews but now they don’t… wonder why
