Mighty Ape: amazing; NZ Post: terrible
Mighty Ape was amazing - absolutely zero complaints about any part of the customer experience when dealing with them. NZ Post on the other hand, rather took the shine off things. I'm unlikely to buy anything else from Mighty Ape that can't be delivered to a PO Box, just to avoid having to endure further incredibly frustrating dealings with NZ Post.
