Service! There is no possibility of talking to a man in customer service. The bots have too low intelligence level - it is very strange if we are talking about Microsoft. My Surface Pro 11 should have been back one month ago. The Service sends it back after one day. It is OK, but the UPS operator kept my parcel for two weeks in a distribution centre in Cumbernauld /UK/, and then I found the information that my Surface is going back to the Service point in Germany. The UPS didn't try to deliver this parcel, did not send me any notification about delivery, no text message, no email, no avizo - NOTHING. I had 2 weeks of holiday - I've been at home. I have found info on the Microsoft website that my parcel is going back to the Microsoft Service in Germany. No possibility to change it. The UPS customer service person said it is not possible to help you, and I need to contact the sender /service to move my parcel again to me. The problem is that the service has no contact possibility - no phone number, e-mail address, nothing!!! Nobody knows where my Surface is? Totally hopelessness in the companies offering state-of-the-art solutions. I may have just lost £2,000. Companies are disappointing in their conduct. Buy, buy their product, lots of offers, cosying up. Once you buy, forget about us. Shame! Interestingly, my Polish Microsoft account does not have my Surface Pro. On the other hand, on the English account, it already is.
