Seid Tagen kann ich mich nun schon nicht in mein Microsoft account anmelden da ich auf der Microsoft anmelde Webseite jedes mal nach dem eingeben meiner Email eine Meldung bekomme das die Seite aktuell nicht erreichbar ist. Es ist auch nicht möglich einen neuen Account mit einer zweit Mail zu erstellen da dort die selbe Meldung kommt dadurch kann ich keine games zocken für die ich mich in meinem Konto anmelden muss.

e suis sous garantie microsoft pour ma surface laptop, elle termine début juillet. J'ai envoyé deux fois au service réparation ma surface qui me revient a domicile sans réparation. Je suppose que microsoft fait tirer jusqu'au dépassement de ma garantie pour ne pas prendre en charge les réparations. Mon ordinateur s'éteint, c'est surement un problème de carte mere, et ils ne veulent pas remplacer la carte je pense. Leur prétexte de retour de réparation est incompréhensible si ils ont testé ma surface. Votre appareil n’a pas été traité, car aucun défaut n’a été trouvé et l’appareil était en cours de fonctionnement conformément aux spécifications de Microsoft ou le type de dommages n’était pas couvert. Nous rétablissons votre appareil à l’adresse que vous avez fournie. Votre appareil a quitté notre centre de services et est en route vers l’adresse d’expédition que vous avez fournie.

AWFUL

AWFUL! I was blocked out of my account from “unusual activity”. I wasn’t notified of this - I just noticed I wasnt getting any new emails. THE RECOVERY FORM IS A LOAD OF SHIT. Please change this??!! It’s 2025. Unbelievable. I have given up and made a new email address with gmail. You can have it!!!! You are putting people through so much stress. I cannot access my important emails because you are asking me card details from over 10 years ago. People change their banks all the time!! BE BETTER!!! And stop messing with peoples lives.

Zastanawiająca jest sekcja komentarzy MS. Z jednej strony pozwalają na określanie ludzi mianem: "cichodajek", "sutenerów", "frajerów", "złodziei", "darmozjady", "obrońca gwałcicieli", "miernoty intelektualne" i wiele innych. A z drugiej strony od razu są banowane komentarze krytykujące taki rodzaj obrzydliwego języka. Czy to jest celowe, propagandowe działanie MS? Wygląda, że jednak tak.

In order to write my review I have to give a "star" - Microsoft is possibly the worst company I have dealt with as far as customer service goes - quite frankly it is appalling. No-one seems to care at Microsoft. It is slow to refund money, staff quality is poor - Microsoft hides behind their monopoly of "Windows" which is their money making tool. New technology released is dire and not worth buying. People at the top are not in touch with what is going on within Microsoft. Call Centres around the World are badly run. There is no complaint service in the UK however, they list a postal address where complaints can be sent. Microsoft a technology company listing a postal address... I am lost for words.

Microsoft is horrible. They’ve had my information forever and I still after years cannot access my account and now that my Godaddy does business with Microsoft the whole thing is a complete disaster. Jeg har brugt Windows styresystemer i mange år og jeg har også haft en del problemer med dem men nu strammer i den lidt. Min søns bærbare bærbar pc kørte helt fint med Windows 11 pro version 22H2 i mere end et halvt år og er fuldstændig ubrugeligt nu idet i har ændret på kravene mht processor generation, Intel i5 6th generation, bliver ikke understøttet længere og derfor får den hverken eller support opdateringer mere og kan således smides i skraldespanden fordi den er for sårbar når man skal bruge den på internettet. Jeg synes at det er virkelig under al kritik hvordan i prøver at lokke flere penge ud af folk når i lukker for supporten og ikke en gang gider at tage telefonen når man prøver at finde ud af hvordan man skal forholde sig til sådan en omgang bondefangeri her. Jeg skal i hvert fald væk fra jeres produkter. Jeg skifter til Apple. De er måske lidt dyrere end jer men i det mindste får man en ordentlig behandling. Føj siger jeg bare, at I vil være det bekendt.

Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Zero ability to contact a live person. If you happen to make an incorrect selection and call back, their system will just hang up on you. Disgusting. Only a company as big as this one could get away with treating their customers so terribly.
