The core features work well for managing references, but I've encountered several glitches with the desktop app crashing. The web version is more stable. Customer support could be more responsive when issues arise.

Our research team uses this for sharing papers and maintaining a common bibliography. The group features work well and everyone can contribute. Interface feels a bit dated compared to newer tools but gets the job done.
