Great Service, extremely professional. Our contact Lucy Carey - Partner Relationship Manager very helpful and knowledgeable, was able to quickly direct me to relevant lead within the business to ensure a speedy service for my member of staff. Process from start to finish in under a week over the Xmas Period. Highly satisfied.
Medina Farruk navigated the medigold protect portal which was very useful. Medina was very knowledgeable about the systems and was able to answer all of my questions. When going into a meeting via Teams and seeing someone so cheerful on screen like Medina really set a good tone to the meeting and for me the rest of the day. I will have no hesitation in having to liaise with Medina as very approachable.
Medigold Health has been our Occupational Health provider for the last 4 years and we have had a very positive experience working with them. They offer a comprehensive OH service, providing timely assessments and practical advice. Our account manager Denise Coleman is always available for any queries we may have, and ensures we get the most out of the services Medigold offers. We have partnered up with Medigold a couple of years back and although it wasn't always plain sailing, the overall experience is good. Our Account Manager is always super responsive and on hand to resolve any hiccups we may experience. They also provide a good amount of training, resources, and webinars for employees which helps us support our wellbeing initiative for employees.
Madina Farruk was extremely helpful when our head teacher had an issue logging in to our account. She responded swiftly to our request and communicated everything to us.

I have to say that I am not a very trusting person, So it may have just been me. I had a DR Brennan & He kept reassuring me that he was impartial & that he was writing a good report/ I was not truly believing what he was telling me because I did not really know what my employers intentions were. But if you do have the same doctor believe what he is telling you because the report came back fine. He wished me luck at the end of the call & said I mean that. Which I thought was a little odd but turns out he was genuine. So all good from me.
Absolutely dreadful. Have to use this company because it’s who my employer have a contract with. Made an appointment but the clinician didn’t turn up. Called in only to find out that they’d called in sick 4 hours previously and Medigold didn’t bother to notify me. Then when I tried to complain they said there was no point raising it on the phone as “they would just be emailing themselves” and they couldn’t rearrange the appointment on the phone as it was “a different team”. Terrible customer service.
I been scheduled an appointment by my workplace. I got there and they didn’t have the vaccination. They told me they would have rescheduled and never did. I tried to call many times, they never answered except one time where the line was interrupted before they could access my data. They never called me back. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Very disappointed.
Shocking. I was referred to occupational health by my employer due to mental health issues. I had my phone appointment with a Medigold GP which was difficult to say the least. Took 10 minutes to convince him it was ok to take the call as he kept hearing ambient noise and didn't want to continue the call until there was absolute silence. I received my report a week later being told to look at it for any errors before it was sent to my employer. There were numerous errors including one which stated I said I was unfit to work around children with behaviour issues which, as I work as a caretaker in an SEN school, was not true! I merely stated I wasn't ready to take on any work experience pupils just yet (I've been in the role a month) until my mental health had improved. The report was sent to my employer anyway, without my approval, which has caused a lot of issues as now my employer thinks I can't be around the children! Medigold had no right sending the report to my employer without the ok from me that the report was accurate to what was said in the telephone appointment.
I would rather not have any reasonable adjustments for my disability at all than being assessed at this place. First had an email saying I had a telephone appointment. I thought the attachment was a bit weird for a telephone appointment, so I rang up to check, they told me it was actually a face-to-face appointment. Then I got there and there was a really steep flight of steps, which they hadn't warned me about. What a joke - an inaccessible occupational health clinic! The doctor was so weird, asked me to take my shoes off for no reason (?!), didn't bother to explain anything.Once I complained and asked them not to send a report to my employer, they stopped replying to my emails... Do not trust this company, it is so so dodgy. Should be shut down.
Had my telephone occupational health consultation today and Dr Sam M. Was listening very carefuly even though my English is not Perfect, also he was very calm and professional when I did not understand what he said and did repeat everything slowly to give me chance to understand everything. His empathy is fantastic and medical knowleadge is very wide and I learned a lot about my related health conditions. I do recommend Medigold to every one. Thank you very much
Awful company. My wife has brain damage, DWP, Gp’s all class get unfit to work. We have lost our business and she can no longer drive, has chronic anxiety and memory loss. We’ve been trying to sort her LGPS pension, these clowns still won’t agree she can’t work. They have caused so much heartache and distress it’s untrue. Is this about protecting clients from payouts??!! Comes to something when DWP are the ones you can rely on!!
After my 2nd visit to Northampton Medigold for vaccinations for my work, I feel the need to write a review of how shocking the whole experience has been 1st and 2nd visit. There has been a catalogue of errors and just ineptness, there us not enough space in this box. From people giving vaccinations and not washing their hands, mixing up records and just basically having no clue what they are doing it's very scary really and I'm looking to take my concerns to head office to investigate. Our establishment has stopped them using them bacause I'm not the first to have concerns. Avoid at all costs.
My referral from my workplace was due to a current high-risk pregnancy, following the tragic death of my first child. This is a complex and sensitive issue and sadly the person I spoke to was completely incompetent, had no knowledge on the subject of my referral and became increasingly inappropriate throughout the discussion. The person I spoke to appeared to have no clinical background or knowledge, this person was very rude, judgemental, and repeatedly asked personal questions completely unrelated to the appointment. They did not seem to have a basic understanding of the issues my appointment should have been about. I was interrupted and talked over and frequently what I described about my personal circumstances was argued with belligerently. I see from reviews of Medigold on Trustpilot, I am not the first person to have such an outstandingly poor experience. My workplace is soon to switch to another provider, understandably so.
Travelled an hour to get there for a vaccine for a new job I'm starting. I arranged my appointment over the phone, using the central number they have and was given a date and time. Later that day they rang me back to ask if I could go first thing in the morning instead to free up the practitioners day as she didn't have many appointments that day. I moved it to an hour earlier (best I could do). Travelled an hour to get there on the day, to the exact same place I had my first appointment - only to be told she doesn't actually work there anymore and my appointment was in a different city. So I tried to phone through constantly for an hour to see if I could still be seen that same day (I'd booked a day off work to attend) Each time I was on hold for 3 minutes and then it cut off, so nearly 20 calls later, I left a voicemail, but nobody replied. I made my way to the other venue just in case and when I got there at 13:30 they were closed, that explains them wanting to change the appointment to the morning in the first place, so they could go home early. Really poor customer service. After the receptionist pointed it out to me, It does state at the bottom of my confirmation email, the address of the venue. But as I hadn't been made aware that the appointments, with the same practitioner would be in different cities, I didn't think to check. I just confirmed the date and time. So all in all a total waste of a day and I will end to re book and travel again as soon as I can.
I attended the Menopause Webinar yesterday and just wanted to say how inspirational I found it, I actually came off the presentation realising I wasn’t going mad, thank you I’ve now shared this with my colleagues on my team 😄
