Before my appointment, I had to phone the offices of Medigold on a couple of occasions, for information and everyone I spoke to was very helpful. On the day of the appointment the receptionist was very kind and helpful. The doctor was incredibly thorough, I didn’t feel rushed. I felt listened to. I’m sure if the person from where I work, who had to liaise with Medigold, had done their job properly, it wouldn’t have taken as long as it did. Thank you Medigold.

I could relate to the talk from two points of view. As a doctor treating surgical patients, i have an awareness of how their condition can impact on their life and work outside of the hospital context. Also related to colleagues I work with, even though I'm not in management, awareness of colleague's conditions may need special attention.

the people giving these reviews are not familiar with the jobs installed hardly been on site n to give reviews on jobs I do she had no clue at all .Peter had half idea but iv not seen him either much on site n in building while ivbeen thre but it is what it is they made there mind uup so we go along with it these days but overall very poor way of dealing with matters really .

Helpful Doctor. Form's are difficult to access. Had to use Apple software.

The nurse was very professional.At one point the phone cut off but the nurse called me again on my phone to complete the assessment.The nurse has good listening skills.

The Dr was extremely fair, helpful and professional. The report was done promptly.
