This was the 3rd referral that ive had and although they have all been with different representatives of your group all have been carried out very well

the course was broad and varied and the trainer was open and approachable.

Good doctor. Very kind and empathetic

Training was good but had expected to look into more about recognising someone with Drug or alcohol problems.

Poor communication over expectation of it needing to be my manager putting in for a review, despite them telling me it would be done in 4 weeks. Appointment made with nurse practitioner instead of Doctor, even though the review had stated it needed to be a doctor. Cancelled apt with no notification and it then took weeks to rebook, prolonging my return to work by almost 4 weeks and a months pay. The actual staff conducting reviews were great, but the admin needs improving

They were very caring during my interview, I felt listened to and cared for.

Staff are compassionate, and knowledgeable, made me feel empowered and still able to return to work and had really useful advice in reasonable adjustments.

The Doctor was very good and helpful, asked relevent questioned and understood my illness in conecction with my work load and shifts.

Everything was as expected. Well organised and appointment details communicated in sufficient time.

Danielle was a great listener,offered great advice having worked in KGH Cardiac Dept. She made me feel at ease as I discussed my life changes since my heart attack and agreed with me that I was capable of carrying out my work duties

I am happy for staff who meet me she gives me a good explanation and makes understanding she was really take time to explain the question I was asked .

The practitioner is kind and speaks clearly and explains well

honestly, the first one felt totally off. It read like a robot wrote it – just random bits and pieces thrown together, and a lot of it wasn't even what I talked about with the specialist. It was like they pulled information out of thin air. To be honest, more than half of it didn't match up with what I actually said. It was so far off that I just couldn't be bothered to chase it up and see if there was even a real person there who could actually help

The staff and doctors were very good and explained everything with a lot of knowledge it help me to keep my job So it’s many thanks to everyone
