I have been using mazuma for a good few years now. I have always received an excellent service from them. The price they quote me is always the price they pay. Money is in your account the the same day by 1730. Cant fault them.

My initial quote of £120 was reduced to £40 saying that there were deep scratches on the screen. The phone was ALWAYS screen protected and in a case,, it was in PERFECT condition when sent. When I rejected the £40 offer it was revised to £90 so the scratches had perhaps disappeared? I have used Mazuma a few times in the past but NEVER again!

Online offer was £115. Reduced to £40 due to faults that did not exist. Sky Mobile had already offered me £85, having examined the phone. These people are crooks.

Got a price that was more generous than most. Posted it next day special delivery, worth it because it has £750 insurance. Got my money (quoted price) in my bank account the next day after they had received it. I couldn't be bothered with the hassle of selling my Samsung Flip 6 on eBay, so this was a safe and easy option. Great communication all through the process. Recommended.

Put my phone details and received a good price. Packaged up and posted within 24 hrs of them receiving my phone the money was in my bank. The whole experience was great having previously been messed around by another company who had offered £30 more originally then offered £120 less once they had the phone. Thank you Mazuma for restoring my confidence.

Sent my new phone ,galaxy flip 6 it's in mint condition, was offered 410 then today I get a email saying the screen as scratches... I'd like to know how as it has a screen protecter .I emailed them saying I know there is no scratches ... I'd like to see the proof .... cuz ite come with screen protection and never been taken off .. they offered 280 .. which is a joke .. they emailed to say someone else would look at the phone again.. but I've gotta wait 2 days ... I personally think they are going in on a low offer knowing nothing is wrong with my phone .told them peel off the screen protection then they will see no scratches... Im so disappointed with them.. im not desperate for the cash ,just beware
