I recently had the pleasure of renting a flat through Martyn Gerrard, and the experience was outstanding. Our agent, Sophie, was exceptionally helpful and friendly from start to finish. She guided us through the viewing and remained our main point of contact throughout the entire process, making everything feel effortless. One aspect that stood out was how digitally streamlined the process was. Nearly everything could be handled online, which was incredibly convenient. The only time we needed to visit a branch in person was for the ID scan, and even that was straightforward and could be done at any location. The entire process was quick, clear, and efficient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Martyn Gerrard to anyone looking to rent a property.
