Awful company, especially if you have to deal with the awfully rude and impertinent Mr. Wai Lee.
I'd give them a zero if I could, because they do nothing. As managing agents of a residential block where I am a leaseholder, they're not even doing the minimum towards the upkeep of the building. Complaints about their negligence from the people who live there, the neighbours, the local council ....all fall on deaf ears. Professional ghosts.
