Unprofessional. Don't get back to you at all in regards to anything. I am a tenant not a homeowner. I rang their office twice last week in regards to some issues in my property and I didn't even get a call back. Luckily I have direct contact with my landlord so I had to call them instead.

Property management Services Appalling. They have been managing my property since August, but since my property manager, Paul, left, there has been very little to no communication. I have left messages requesting a call back, emailed them, and even submitted a formal complaint. We pay them to fully manage our property, yet I haven't received any satisfactory communication since December regarding the ongoing issues with my property and tenants.
