We recently needed new tenants for our property and Lesley from the Finchley branch of Martin Gerrard office was able to fine two suitable tenants. Her matter in dealing with us was friendly and very professional and would definitely deal with them again and hopefully her .

Terrible Experience with Martyn Gerrard and Five Corners Builders and Our experience with Five Corners Builders and Martyn Gerrard was nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, there was a severe lack of transparency and communication. We were left in the dark about critical legal issues, which only came to light at the eleventh hour, right before we were about to exchange contracts. The work on Melrose Mews was shoddy and substandard. To our horror, we discovered glaring legal problems, such as a restrictive covenant and the main building not being connected to the council's drainage infrastructure. This revelation was devastating and caused us immense stress, financial loss, and wasted time. We feel deeply let down and betrayed by the lack of honesty and professionalism. We strongly urge others to stay away from Five Corners Builders and Martyn Gerrard to avoid the heartache and frustration we endured.

Worked with Panikos Kleanthous who was excellent. He found a good tenant, negotiated the deal and ensured a smooth move in.

Martyn Gerard (specifically Wayne Ellis) supported us in our search of a property to rent in London. The service was superb - we were advised all along the way on our property search with honest advice, follow ups and a solid information loop. To top this, the agent was more than extremely nice and always a pleasure to speak to and someone we felt we could trust. Would work with the agency and Wayne specifically gladly in the future if we need another property.

We purchased a house with Martyn Gerrard a few months ago, Fatmir was amazing. He communicated in a timely manner and very clearly. He was friendly and professional at every step of the process. He helped us with anything and everything that cropped up. In our whole process he was the only estate agent we enjoyed dealing with!

Terrible lettings and management service. Lack of communication, no one knowing who manages your property so you end up dealing with the tenants and sorting out their problems. MG are very quick to take your money but do not provide the service they charge for. I would not recommend using them for your property.

Maria was super helpful when we were buying our flat in Kentish Town. We picked a terrible/incompetent conveyancer (in retrospect we should have just gone with the one Maria suggested) and this caused loads of problems and delays but Maria was really good at tracking what they were doing and providing feedback on how long things should actually take. At one point we hit a problem where my conveyancer suggested that the only solution was to get independent legal advice from a third party firm... this would have been super expensive and slow, but Maria knew this was bs and consulted a legal contact (at no charge) who identified a much better (fast and free) solution. She was generally very on top of all the correspondence with the coveyancer/broker and frequently replied to emails with something very aligned with what I would have written myself but she did it before I got around to doing it so she saved us time on multiple occasions. She's also very friendly and nice to chat to, but I wanted to emphasise that more important than that she was really good at her job. Annie was also super helpful when Maria was on leave and not working, and they swapped working on the case very smoothly with lots of notice. We eventually completed on the house on Christmas Eve (after ~5 months after having the offer accepted due to delays with the council and my terrible solicitor). Annie put in a lot of extra work following up/chasing people at the last minute to make sure we could collect the keys on the last day of work before the Christmas break, at 4:50pm! I really recommend working with Maria and Annie if you can, they are GREAT!

The guys at Martyn Gerrard Crouch End are amazing. Treon and James helped us sell our house and find another property to move into. I would highly recommend these guys as they are true professionals. Very efficient and reliable estate agent. I had a couple problems with heating and washing machine upon moving in that were sorted and allowed us to have a nice start to the cold winter.
