Still waiting for an outcome of my application/offer for a property on Wilton Road. Ended up checking Rightmove to find that a let has been agreed. I should have read the signs - I was the first and at the time, only prospective tenant to see the property and had to chase several times for a call back to even just make an offer. I literally called every day to get hold of Anthony for 3 days straight. I ended up being one of the last to make an offer and submit my interest because of how long it took to get back to me. The first and last time I’ve used Martyn Gerrard.

We used MG in North Finchley to sell our house. Craig Thompkins and Fatmir Dedei were outstanding, they managed to sell our house in 9 days of going on the market and the accepted offer was very close to our asking price too. Craig and Fatmir were always available and kept in regular contact with us throughout the process. We were also selling a flat in East Finchley at the same time, Fatmir even stepped in to help his MG colleagues from the East Finchley branch and handled a number of viewings on the flat. Umit has been very helpful, diligent and communicated quickly and effectively between us (the buyer) and the sellers. We cannot thank Umit enough for being patient with us and advising us to the best of his knowledge. Matthew Wheeler of MG Block Management has ignored 8 emails from me and not taken my phone calls for a month. His receptionist Joshua took notes of my request then tore them up after passing on to Matthew he told me. Today he said he didn’t remember my call last week. A water tank leaked from the roof into my flat last year .. no repairs to my wall and no repaint as yet. Not possible to see report of contractor who finally fixed the tank as Matthew has ignored my requests to send it. He blames the contractor who hasn’t sent a report but won’t give me the contact details to chase it up directly.

Adriano and his team were professional throughout, any detail or instruction I asked for was delivered. The quality of the advertising was excellent and I believe led to a sale. The sale required constant attention ,due to the buyers solicitor being poor at communicating, but was handled well by Adriano @ MG . This could of been a sale that fell through ( for no valid reason), due to the chain getting frustrated very pleased with the end result of the sale. many thanks
