Still waiting for an outcome of my application/offer for a property on Wilton Road. Ended up checking Rightmove to find that a let has been agreed. I should have read the signs - I was the first and at the time, only prospective tenant to see the property and had to chase several times for a call back to even just make an offer. I literally called every day to get hold of Anthony for 3 days straight. I ended up being one of the last to make an offer and submit my interest because of how long it took to get back to me. The first and last time I’ve used Martyn Gerrard.
