Matthew Wheeler of MG Block Management has ignored 8 emails from me and not taken my phone calls for a month. His receptionist Joshua took notes of my request then tore them up after passing on to Matthew he told me. Today he said he didn’t remember my call last week. A water tank leaked from the roof into my flat last year .. no repairs to my wall and no repaint as yet. Not possible to see report of contractor who finally fixed the tank as Matthew has ignored my requests to send it. He blames the contractor who hasn’t sent a report but won’t give me the contact details to chase it up directly.
