Brilliant service by MG especially the letting team and Zoe, they always ensure as a landlord I am compliant and collect and deliver my rent on time.

I sold my flat through Martyn Gerrard, Kentish town branch; and from the day I met Annie and Tom I was impressed. They were professional, well informed and most of all I felt at ease with them, more than happy for them to sell my flat. I was updated after viewings with constructive feedback and once the offer was accepted the communication level was second to none. I felt like we, the buyer, myself, Tom, Annie worked as a team to push the sale through before the 31st March stamp duty deadline.....if only the buyer's solicitor had been on the same page. To sum up I can't recommend the team in the Kentish Town branch highly enough.....thank you so much!!!

Buying our home took a little longer then we hoped, which was completely out of the agents hands but Afina and the team were amazing throughout the entire process. They kept us informed every step of the way, always checking in and making sure we understood what was going on. Even when things got delayed or complicated, they stayed patient, professional, and on top of everything. It really made a huge difference knowing we had someone reliable and supportive on our side. Fatmir was extremely attentive and responsive. He answered all of our questions and he didn't have the answer, he would make sure to ask the owner of the property. He was really friendly and helpful.
