Joanna Tsattalas has been proactive and professional and has worked hard to keep me in the loop on matters pertaining to my property. I feel confident that she is looking after my interests and those of my new tenants - who also seem happy and settled. The team overall are efficient and responsive.

Placed an order with our company after being provided an order form with full information - allowing the recipient to make an informed choice before choosing to place an order. Goods were delivered and despite chasing for for payment by email and telephone, no courtesy of a reply was received until four months later. Failed to pay for ordered goods and have rudely kept the goods and not dealt with the matter, demanding we collect or pay them storage fees! Absolute terrible communication and embarrasingly for them, a terrible lack of investigation before being rude and unreasonable. 06/05/2025 We confirm that this business transaction was noted under the correct company. M&P have been the managing agents for the rental we were in for 3 years. Their colleagues have always been personable and professional, dealing with questions quickly and acting as a speedy go between us and the Landlord. When it came to leaving the property, M&P have again been great at communicating how everything will work and respectful while trying to fill the property. We dealt with a few M&P colleagues including Kyrsten Tumamak and Lorena Haque who were both great!
