Have been working with Giles Grainger on my rental property. Had plumbing issues for over a year and due to the multiple change of property managers, the issue fell into a blackhole and cost me money!! This all changed when Giles took over. Syeda specifically has worked very hard ensure to the flat has all the correct certification and is kept up to scratch for my tenant. I am very happy with my choice of management company. Marsh and Parson's company has overall a very good response rate. However their new employee/ property manager Ms. Stanislava​​​​ Sebest has been the BEST! It is the first time that somebody responded so fast to my request and understood exactly the details and the circumstances, which enabled a fast solution too. I was worried that my flat will stay without heating for a week or even longer, but Stanislava coordinated this within 1 day! Not only that, but she was able to circulate the necessary information and feedback after the problem got resolved. Me and my flatmate are extremely happy with her services and we feel also more safe during urgent matters, when we can see that there is such a swift and responsible response.

Thorough and helpful service ensuring our repairs were carried out as needed

Marsh have managed my one bed flat in Notting Hill for several years. Recently I had a leak in my bath which damaged both my flat the flat below. Marsh property manager Tassos Joannu was extremely helpful. He was prompt in getting estimates and referring them to me for approval. He was good at co-ordinating among my tenant and the owner of the flat below. He was polite and friendly in all his dealings with me and the others. All in all he is a good professional. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Despite asking M&P to delete my details in June 2023 I am still getting emails from Ralph​​​​ Edward Team Leader 80 Hammersmith Rd W14 8UD DDi: 020 8846 3489. I have complained to customer relations, but have not heard back. Very par for the course for this appallingly run company. Avoid at all costs, is my advice. Apropos the reply below: It is reassuring, I suppose, to know that finally my details have been deleted, but I have sent 9 emails - to Ralph Edward and Patrick Littlemore - copying in customer relations at the published email address: 1. 19 Feb, 17:54; 2. 19 Feb, 18:02; 3. 19 Feb, 18:17; 4. 20 Feb, 10:38; 5. 20 Feb, 22:00; 6. 21 Feb, 12:56; 7. 25 Feb, 09:46; 8. 25 Feb, 14:08 and 9. 26 Feb, 18:20 ...so maybe you could deign to reply to one of those?
